Librarian, trainer, technology aficionado, PEZ collector and flickr fan will discuss the "Why, What and How" of emerging social software.

Dell Jacoby of BridgeWorks
Certified BridgeWorks instructor and Training Manager. Dell will help you see that understanding what motivates each generation can be the key to communicating and working, more effectively.

Joe Firmage of Digital Universe
CEO/founder of ManyOne Networks and founder of the Digital Universe Foundation, the "PBS" of the web. Joe is a visionary on the cusp of 21st century science and technology and is responsible for companies that were pioneers in both object oriented programming tools and the commercial adoption of the WWW.


Anne Marie Luthro of Envirosell
VP of Sales and Marketing at Envirosell, Anne Marie must understand the client's wants and needs and see that they are delivered. Anne Marie will speak to us about viewing our libraries as a retail space and our patrons as shoppers.


At the end of the day our presenters will participate in a panel discussion facilitated by Danis Kreimeier, Director of the Yorba Linda Public Library, with an opportunity for our participants to ask questions and possibly add their perspective to this extremely pertinent and fascinating discussion.
